    What is Web Hosting?

    Web Hosting provides the infrastructure to publish your web site. Our Web Hosting service includes space on a web server to store your web site, bandwidth to send it out to the world, configuration capability to associate your domain name with the web site content, and more.

    What is shared web hosting?

    For shared web hosting, the service provider uses a single web server to serve multiple Web Hosting accounts, instead of providing one web server per Web Hosting account. Shared web hosting is a cost-effective solution for personal and small business web sites.

    Can I have more than one domain name pointed to my Web Hosting account?

    You can have an unlimited number of domain names pointed to your Web Hosting account.

    How soon will my Web Hosting account be ready for use?

    If you associate an existing domain name with your Web Hosting account, your web site can go live immediately after your transaction has been processed. If you associate your Web Hosting account with a new domain, it may take up to 48 hours before the Registry updates its records to resolve the domain name to your web site.

    Will I have unlimited access to update my web site?

    Yes, you can update your web site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    Will I have my own FTP access?

    Yes. You can FTP files to your Web Hosting server by logging in with your hosting account username and password. You may also use the file manager found in your Web Hosting control panel.

    If I use your Web Hosting, do you place ads on my web site?

    No.

    I already have a domain. Can I use it with your Web Hosting?

    Yes, you can use an existing domain name with your Web Hosting account provided it is either in this account or at another registrar. If your domain is in another account with us, you must subscribe to Web Hosting with that account.

    What kinds of Web Hosting do you offer?

    We offer multiple Linux hosting packages, each with their own levels of storage and bandwidth. Choose the package that’s right for your needs.

    Can I have individual FTP logins for each domain?

    You can have a separate FTP logins for each domain name associated with the hosting account. The quantity of which is limited by which hosting package you choose.

    What type of control panel does Web Hosting use?

    Our Web Hosting uses the cPanel control panel system.

    Do I get my own dedicated IP?

    Dedicated IPs are issued only to those hosting accounts using SSL certificates. You may obtain more information on SSL certificates here.

    What billing cycle options do you offer?

    We offer 1 month, 12-month, 24 month, and 36 month billing cycles. You can change to a longer billing period at any time; you can change to a shorter billing period in the last 30 days of your current billing period.

    Is there a minimum contract for Web Hosting?

    You may cancel your Web Hosting account at any time. However, keep in mind that your account is billed at the beginning of each cycle.

    What are your Web Hosting content policies?

    Do you support Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions?

    Yes.

    What programming languages do you support?

    CGI, Fast CGI, PHP 5, Ruby on Rails, Perl, Python, SSI

    Do you support databases?

    Yes, we offer MySQL Databases with phpMyAdmin Access.
